Tshegofatso Mogwere became a wheelchair basketball player at the school level and is a longstanding member of the Gelukspan Wheelchair Basketball Club. Having started to player wheelchair basketball in 2007, she is one of the most committed lady players of the team, regularly attending training camps not missing a PCCL game. Her commitment had her promoted into the men’s team often helping them as a low pointer to balance the team. Her positive attitude makes it easy to work with her. Willing to learn and improve her skills, Tshego is patient and sacrifices without complaint – for the love of the game.

Tshego has also been part of the NW Stinging Bees since their inception. Being a fighter she helped the team to win their successive gold medals in 5 years. As a young mother she balances her duties of raising her daughter with the love for basketball.
